Our Leadership


As a Veteran of both the US Air Force and US Army, Counterintelligence Special Agent (Retired) Cary "Buck" Kercheval is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of American Military University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies, focus Counterintelligence, the US Army's Counterintelligence Special Agent Course, Airborne School, and the Defense Intelligence Agency Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy's Physical Surveillance, Counter-Surveillance & Surveillance Detection, Advanced Collections, and Advanced Investigations Courses.

In the Air Force he served as an Electronic Warfare Technician in Arizona, Qatar, and Japan for 6 years.  Next he joined the Army, where he served as Intelligence Analyst with the 82nd Airborne Division and as a Senior Counterintelligence Special Agent in the US Army Special Operations Command for over 14 years.  During that time, he served in the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), and 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne).  His combat tours include Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Inherent Resolve.

While in the US Army Special Operations Command, he served as the Senior Liaison Officer between the Joint Special Operations Task Force - Gulf Cooperation Council, Bahrain and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service's Middle East Field Office, the Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority for the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force - Syria, and the CI Senior Special Agent for 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne), Fort Liberty, NC.
